S. B. Submarine Systems Co. Ltd. (SBSS) is a
joint venture founded in 1995
Located in Shanghai, China, SBSS possesses a powerful DP2 cable
ship Fu Hai, a DP2 offshore oil & gas construction support
vessel Fu Lai, and a shallow water cable vessel Fu Xing.?Our subsea
equipment Hi-Plough, ‘Dragon’ Sledge and ROV ‘Sea Lion’ are all
advanced facilities, helping us to provide high quality submarine
services. By using this purpose-built equipment, SBSS is able to
surface lay or bury cables up to 5 meters under the sea bed in
up to a thousand of meters’ water depth.?
Our Wujin Depot is approved as a bonded warehouse by the Chinese
government.?This allows SBSS to provide good and economic services
in system spare plant storage.?
By June 2005, SBSS has installed totally 26,100 km telecommunication
cables and been involved in many important international projects
such as China-US, SMW3, APCN, C2C etc.
Since 1997, we have been chosen as one of the long-term operators
for Yokohama Zone, responsible for repairs for cables in the zone
for six months every year, thus helping to ensure the reliability
of cables in the zone.?Besides the zone work, we have also provided
repair services for other cable systems, for example Bei Hai-Ling
Gao system.?
In 2003 SBSS implemented its strategy of applying its skills and
expertise in the offshore oil and gas industry when it undertook
the Dong Fang Offshore 1-1 Gas Project in South China.?During this
project SBSS installed a power cable and provided pipeline trenching
support vessel.?Since then SBSS has played a pivotal role in a
number of international oil and gas projects throughout Asia and
has established an excellent track record in power cable installation,
diving and subsea construction support and trenching support work.

招聘薪资标准：
三副、三管轮、电机员年薪在20万左右， 水下设备操作员、电缆接续员 由于需经培训后方可上岗，在见习期间（0.5-2年）年薪为16万左右（税前）。转正后与三副、三管轮年薪相近。
二管轮年薪在28万左右。 另我公司执行做2休1的休假计算方法，以上年薪按此比例估算得出。
工程区域：全球，视工程而定，主要在亚太区
工作时间和合同：公司将与船员签定劳动合同，合同期为 2 年
工作周期一般每个航次为
3-4 个月，全年基本上有 1/3 的时间安排船员休息
